Oct. 13,2019 - The 25th annual FunFest had great weather all weekend and Sunday's Pure Stock and Hornet enduros closed out FunFest and the 2020 racing season.

Trey Chastain (Super Stocks) & Hunter Perry (Hornets) - First Time Feature Winners

Oct 3, 2020 - Saturday night was "Championship Night" at the track. Championship night would determine the 2020 track champions in all of the regular racing divisions at the Speedway and the Indiana Late Model Series champion.


Devin Gilpin would score his third "Blue Chip Tech Racing Engines" Super Late Model feature win of the year. Greg Johnson would run second and be enough to get his first ever Super Late Model track championship. Shelby Miles, Joe Godsey and Austin Burns would complete the top five in the feature.


Steve Peeden would get his first win of the year in "P3 Racing Shirts.com" ILMS Pro Late Models. Shelby Miles second place finish would be enough to capture his second consecutive ILMS points championship. Brad Barrow, Tyler Neal and Colton Sullivan would follow Peeden and Miles at the finish.


In "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modified feature action, Jordan Wever would get the win over Jared Bailey, Tim Rivers, Zachary Stalker & Troy Clark. Jacoby Hines would become a two-time Modified track champion.


The "Pewter Hall" Super Stocks would produce a first time ever feature winner as Trey Chastain got the victory over Derek Clegg, Matt Boknecht, Zach Sasser and Jamey Wilson. Jamey Wilson would secure enough points on the night to win his third Super Stock track championship.


Dusten Carr has been the one to beat in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Pure Stocks and again picked up the win. Carr, who has won the last seven Pure Stock features lead Will McRoberts, Jerry Adams, Dustin Petro & Dalton Roark at the checkers. Dusten Carr also captured his second Pure Stock track championship.


Hunter Perry would become a first time ever feature winner in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Hornets. Perry would get his win ahead of Davey Waggoner, Bryce Burton, Jimmy Clark & Andrew Deavers. Bryce Burton would become the Hornet track champion, his first ever Brownstown track championship.

Tim McCreadie Returns to Jackson 100 Victory Lane...
Tyler Nicely & Tucker Chastain Also Winners...

Sept 26, 2020 - Tim McCreadie went to victory lane at Brownstown Speedway as he captured the 41st Annual Jackson 100 on Saturday Night. McCreadie took the lead on lap 15 and held it the rest of the way for his second win in the last three Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series races. The New York Native previously won the Jackson 100 in 2008.


Jonathan Davenport chased McCreadie to the checkers to finish second. The Eibach Springs Rooke of the Year Point Leader, Tanner English came from the 11th starting spot to finish third. Both Zach Dome & Earl Pearson Jr. would crack the top five for the second time in two nights as Zach Dohm would take fourth and Earl Pearson Jr. finished fifth.


Completing the top ten were Mike Marlar, Tyler Erb, Chris Ferguson, Devin Moran, and Ricky Thornton Jr.


Tyler Nicely would make it two for two for the weekend, getting the "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modified feature win. Cole Falloway, Jordan Wever, Brayden Watson and Adam Stricker would complete the top five.


Tucker Chastain recorded his fourth win of the year in "Pewter Hall" Super Stocks. Chastain was followed at the checkers by Trey Chastain, Branden Carr, Jamey Wilson and Zach Sasser.

Josh Richards Takes Night Before the Jackson...
Cory Hedgecock is "Bowman 50" Winner...

Sept 25, 2020 - Josh Richards held off a late rally from Ricky Thornton, Jr. to win Friday Night's Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series-sanctioned "Night Before the Jackson" event at Brownstown Speedway.


Richards, the 2017 LOLMDS National Champion, was the fourth different leader of the race when he took the top spot on lap 14. He held the lead the rest of the way despite Thornton's furious charge, which saw the two drivers run side-by-side for several circuits. Earl Pearson Jr. crossed the line in third followed by Jonathan Davenport and Zack Dohm.


Completing the top ten were Tyler Erb, Bobby Pierce, Tim McCreadie, Devin Moran, and Tanner English.


Cory Hedgecock The Indiana Late Model Series Pro Late Models competed in their biggest race of the year, the "Bowman 50". Loudon, Tennessee driver Cory Hedgecock would roll into town and take home the "Bowman 50" top prize. Hedgecock also raced in his Super Late Model with the Lucas Oil Late Models. This would be Hedgecock's first ever ILMS and Brownstown Speedway win.


Hedgecock would lead Shelby Miles, Marty O'Neal, John Mayer Jr. and Tory Collins at the finish.


Keaton Streeval would pick up the win in the Schaefer Photos and Custom Tees "1st Time Winners" race for the Indiana Pro Late Model Series.


Tyler Nicely is no stranger to Brownstown victory lane and found his way there again Friday night in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modified feature action. This was Nicely's second win of the year at the track. Nicely was followed at the finish by Adam Stricker, Jacob Poel, Cole Falloway and Jordan Wever.


Dusten Carr would make it six wins in a row in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Pure Stocks. Andrew Jones, Mark Hines, David Palmer and Dalton Roark trailed Carr at the checkers.

Mike Fields is "Topless 25" Winner...
Neal, Hines, Cranmer & Wheeler Visit Victory Lane...

Mike Fields Sept 19, 2020 - The Super Stock class sponsor "Pewter Hall" (Curtis and Darla Kaiser) honored the Super Stock drivers Saturday night with Super Stock driver appreciation night and the running of the "Topless 25" event. Mike Fields would have a good night by winning his heat race and the "Topless 25" feature event. This would be Fields second win of 2020.


Fields would get the win ahead of Tucker Chastain, Branden Carr, Matt Boknecht & Colton Sullivan. Rounding out the top ten was Zach Sasser, Rick Gumm, Steve Hollars, Jamey Wilson & Trey Chastain.


In Indiana Late Model Series Pro Late Model feature action, Tyler Neal would come out on top, getting his first ILMS win of the year. Following Neal at the finish was Raymond Humphrey, Marty O'Neal, Brad Barrow & Keaton Streeval.


Jacoby Hines would score his second win in a row and win number four for the year in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modifieds. Hines would take the checkers ahead of Jordan Wever, Ryan Thomas, Zachary Stalker & Greg Amick.


The Crown Vics were an hand Saturday night and Michael Cranmer would pick up the feature win. Eric Lewis, Trevor Cranmer, Phillip Boudreaux & Billy Heil would complete the top five.


"Knight Drainage and Excavating" Hornets would have 51 entries on hand Saturday night. Dylan Wheeler would end up in victory lane, getting his first ever Brownstown win. Wheeler is the seventh different Hornet winner out of seven Hornet features for 2020. Brian Mitchell, Brian Henderson Sr., Michael Brewer & Andrew Deavers rounded out the top five.

Sept 5, 2020 - Forty-one Indiana Late Model Series Pro Late Models competed Saturday night at the Speedway. Raymond Humphrey would end up in victory lane, getting his first ILMS feature win of the year.


Humphrey would take the checkered flag ahead of Shelby Miles, Brad Barrow, Tyler Neal and Steve Peeden. The remaining top ten was Josh Dietz, Jeremy Owens, Marty O'Neal, Greg Johnson and John Mayer Jr.


Jacoby Hines would record win number three for the year in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modifieds. Jordan Wever, Jared Bailey, Earl Plessinger and Greg Amick rounded out the top five.


In "Pewter Hall" Super Stock feature action, Matt Boknecht would get his second win of the season. Following Boknecht at the finish was Trey Chastain, Jamey Wilson, Zach Sasser and Rick Gumm.


Dusten Carr would make it five wins in-a-row in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Pure Stock features. Behind Carr at the finish would be Dalton Fleenor, Andrew Jones, Dj Dunn and Brent McMillan.


Jacob Owens would get win number one for the year in "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Hornets over forty other Hornet entries. Bryce Burton, Davey Waggoner, Michael Brewer and Jeremy Wilson completed the top five.

Shawn Durbin is Hornet Special Winner...
Miles, Wever, B. Carr & D. Carr also Winners...

Shawn Durbin August 29, 2020 - Seventy-one "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Hornets were on hand Saturday night for the "Hornet Special" paying $1,500 to win thanks to Cain's Tree Service. Shawn Durbin would win B-Main #4 just to get into the feature line-up and then charge to the front of the pack to pick up his first feature win of 2020 at the track.


Durbin would take the win ahead of Michael Freimuth, Owen Cosman, Kyle Willoughby and Jeremy Reed. Daniel Smith, Michael Paxson, Jack Pflum, Jacob Owens and Skylar Antonelli rounded out the top ten.


Owen Cosman would win the Prelude To A Scream; Heroes & Hornets event to raise awareness and funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.


One-hundred and ninety-seven total entries were on hand in all of the classes racing Saturday night.


Shelby Miles would visit victory lane for the fifth time this year in "P3 Racing Shirts" Indiana Late Model Series Pro Late Models. Miles was followed at the finish by Tyler Neal, Raymond Humphrey, Marty O'Neal and Brad Barrow.


Jordan Wever picked up his first ever Brownstown Speedway win in the "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Modifieds. Earl Plessinger, Jacoby Hines, Adam Stricker and Cole Falloway rounded out the top five.


Branden Carr would record the feature win in "Pewter Hall" Super Stock action. Branden would get his first win of the year in front of Matt Boknecht, Jamey Wilson, Tucker Chastain and Mike Fields.


In "Knight Drainage and Excavating" Pure Stocks, Dusten Carr would continue his winning ways by getting his fourth Pure Stock win in-a-row. Dusten took the checkers in front of Dalton Fleenor, Edgar Godsey, Dj Dunn and Dalton Roark.
