Trey Mills is "John Gill Classic" Winner...
Zach Sasser, Jeff Wilson & Wayne Shoff Score Wins
September 5, 2026 - The Northern Allstars Late Models were once again in the house for the running of the inaugural "John Gill Classic". The Northern Allstars Late Model Series also held an induction ceremony for their Northern Allstars Late Model Hall of Fame. Steve Barnett, Jeff Wilson, Doug McCammon, Don O'Neal, and Terry Eaglin were all honored as the first members of the new Northern Allstars Hall of Fame.
St. Augustine, Florida's Trey Mills had never been to Brownstown Speedway, but had the perfect night for his first ever visit. Mills set overall fast time, won his heat race, won the dash for cash, and then took home $10,000 for winning the Northern Allstars Late Models "John Gill Classic". Mills and Hudson O'Neal brought the field to the green in the 50-laper. Mills jumped to the lead on lap one with O'Neal and Mark Marlar following. O'Neal would make it interesting near the end of the race, nearly taking the lead, but Mills held on for a flag-to-flag win. Trailing Mills, O'Neal and Marlar at the finish was Steve Peeden and Adam Stricker.
It was the Sasser brother's first and second again in "Pewter Hall" Super Stocks. Zach Sasser recorded his fourth straight win and seventh of the year at the track. Zach led all twenty laps with Isaiah Sasser running second. Behind the Sassers at the checkers was Tucker Chastain, Colton Sullivan, and Isaiah Smith.
Jeff Wilson earlier in the evening was inducted into the Northern Allstars Hall of Fame and then scored his second win of the year in Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks. A late race caution bunched the field for a two-lap shootout, however Wilson held on for the win. Trent Adams, Kaleb Nutter, Brad Kemp, and John Mayer completed the top five.
The Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vics was a highly competitive race with Dalton Fleenor, Geremy Hays, and Wayne Shoff all leading throughout the feature event. When the checkers fell, it was Wayne Shoff getting his first ever Brownstown win. Matthew Weston, Davey Waggoner, Geremy Hays, and Brandon Lange rounded out the top five.

Devin Gilpin Scores Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Win...

August 29, 2026 - The Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Series made their second visit to the Speedway for 2026. The Super Late Models were joined by Pewter Hall Super Stocks, Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks, Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vics and NAPA of Brownstown Hornets for the nights racing action.
Devin Gilpin scored his first win of the year by taking the $3000 Slingin Dirt Super Late Model feature win. Gilpin jumped to the lead with Derek Groomer keeping pace early. Gilpin eventually stretched out to a comfortable lead and would lead flag to flag for the win. Groomer, Tyler Collins, Matt Boknecht, and Tyler Neal rounded out the top five.
Zach Sasser won his third straight "Pewter Hall" Super Stock feature, making it win number six for the year. Colton Sullivan led the first half of the race until Zach Sasser took over the lead. Isaiah Sasser got around Sullivan and would challenge his brother for the lead, but Zach would hang on for the win. Followig the Sassers and Sullivan was Steve Godsey and Isaiah Smith.
In Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks Trent Adams visited victory lane for the fifth time in 2026. Adams would lead all twenty laps for the victory even after a late race caution bunched the field. Tommy Fleenor, Elijah Smith, JT Huffman, and Jeff Wilson trailed Adams at the checkers.
Todd Cain recorded his first Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vic feature win of the year. Cain and Matthew Weston ran side-by-side in a great race for the first half of the event. Cain took over the lead for good near the halfway point of the race. Weston retired from the race with mechanical issues in the late stages of the event. Dalton Fleenor, Brycen Marlow, Bryson Clark, Brandon Lange compleeted the top five.
Make it thre straight wins for Kaleb Caudill in NAPA of Brownstown Hornet feature wins. Caudill took the lead on lap one and never looked back. A great battle from second on back took place with Jeremy Shemwell, Davey Waggoner, Lucas Jackson, and Curtis Roccia finishing second thru fifth.

Josh Rice Takes "22nd Hall of Fame Classic"...
Ryan Thomas, Jeff Wilson & Jimmy Crabtree Find Victory Lane.
August 22, 2026 - One hundred and twenty-two cars filled the pits in the four racing divisions participating in "22nd Hall of Fame Classic" featuring the Northern Allstars Late Models. Along with a great night of racing, it was also a great night of celebrating the induction of Dave Barnett, Pete Willoughby, and Walter "Gator" Branum into the Brownstown Speedway Hall of Fame.
Thirty-five Northern Allstars Late Models were on hand to battle for the $10,000 to win Hall of Fame Classic. Crittenden, Kentucky's Josh Rice took over the lead near the halfway mark of the 50-lap event from the early race leader Carson Ferguson and went on to get the win. Jason Jameson would take second from Ferguson and cut the distance between him and Rice, but Rice held on for the win. Following Rice at the checkers was Jameson, Ferguson, Brenden Smith, and Matt Boknecht.
The Northern Allstars Modified Series was in the house for the evening. Ryan Thomas would find victory lane again, making it his fourth straight win in the last four Northern Allstars Modified events held at the track. Ben Harmon, Matt Hamilton, and Thomas would have a great battle for the lead during the race with Cole Falloway and Adam Stricker joining in on the fun. When the checkers flew, it was Thomas followed by Harmon, Falloway, Stricker, and Jordan Wever.
Jeff Wilson last parked in victory lane in a regular racing event at the track nearly twenty-eight years ago. Wilson found victory lane once again Saturday night in Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks. The veteran driver Wilson caught and passed race leader Tommy Fleenor to score the win. Trailing Wilson and Fleenor at the finish were JT Huffman, Philip Boudreaux, and Dustin Foster.
In Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vics, Irvine, Kentucky's Jimmy Crabtree would lead flag to flag to find victory lane for the first time ever at the track. A great battle from second on back took place with Jason Cranmer, Jeffery Cranmer, Michael Cranmer, and Dalton Fleenor rounding out the top five.
